It’s no secret, I love breakfast. If calories, cholesterol, and fat were not issues, I would eat two eggs over medium, Turkey sausage, sautéed breakfast potatoes with peppers and onions, and buttered rye toast, every day.
But the reality is that we all need to be careful about what we use to fuel our bodies. So this morning it was yogurt, with Chia seeds, a bit of granola, blueberries, and strawberries. It was delicious!
This post is part of the Brave, Bold, Blogger Challenge (BBBC) issued by my moto-blog friend Kathy, aka ToadMama, to cover 28 blog prompts in the month of February. And good for undisciplined me, no rules either.
Prompt: What you ate for breakfast
I love breakfast too!
Great minds eat alike!

I kept hearing the “most important meal of the day” but seemed to always prefer the extra sleep. For the last 10 years or so, I’ve been forcing myself to have something in the morning (following the doctors orders)…

I’m with you on the extra sleep, Richard! But it is good to have something in your stomach to get the day going. 👍
