I’d rather be riding my motorcycle thinking about God than sitting in a church thinking about riding a motorcycle.

I am not a religious person but I do consider myself a spiritual person. And I believe there is no better place to witness the most awe-inspiring creations than from the seat of my bike.
I worship at the Church of two wheels.

Ok, the challenge is getting more challenging! Just ONE National Park I’d like to visit? We are hoping to visit all the National Parks in Utah this year, and perhaps some in Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado as well. But if you make me choose…I would have to say Arches National Park would be the one I would select this year. LOL
Days 3&4 of the Brave, Bold, Blogger Challenge (BBBC) issued by my moto-blog friend Kathy, aka Toadmama!
Yesterday I completed my second post, albeit on the third day of the February challenge, and today (Day 4) I am again taking advantage of the ‘no rules’ philosophy and combining days 3 and 4 to get current! Continue reading
Day 2 of the Brave, Bold, Blogger Challenge (BBBC) issued by my moto-blog friend Kathy, aka Toadmama!
I am continuing the charge with my second post, on the second (oops, third) day of February! Yippee! Continue reading
I know this is crazy, since I haven’t posted since last August, but I have accepted the Brave, Bold, Blogger Challenge (BBBC) issued by my moto-blog friend Kathy, aka Toadmama! It involves a post each day in the generally moto-bare month of February, based on a list of prompts she provided. I am starting off strong with my first post, on the actual first day of February! 🙂 Continue reading
I must offer a big THANK YOU to the hearty folks who have followed along as I ever so slowly chronicled our first big RV adventure! If you are just joining us, and would like to go back to the beginning of this series, you can start here, and follow the links at the bottom of each post to read about the whole adventure. I have struggled with this series because there is so much more fun and adventure to share, but alas, I think I need to give the magnificent Glacier National Park and its Canadian sister-park Waterton Lakes National Park their due coverage in this post, and then move on to more recent adventures. I hope you’ll understand.
Wow, it felt good to finally get a blog post done! I was hoping to capture the momentum, finish this series, and get on to some more recent adventures, but here we are two months later. Well you know, time flies when you’re having fun! 😉
If you are interested in going back to the beginning of this series, you can start here, with the post about RVing ‘firsts’ and follow the links at the bottom of each post to read about the whole adventure…at least so far!
Oh. My. God. How is it possible that I last posted in February? All I can say in my defense is that retiring is the single best decision we have ever made and that we have been living the dream since March of 2015. Between RV trips, bike trips, and the occasional car trip, it doesn’t leave much time for documenting all the fun!
As a reminder, this bucket list adventure took place in the summer of 2015. I considered just letting this story end with part 3, but there is still so much more to share from this trip. So…if you haven’t followed from the beginning, or you are a normal human and can’t remember everything you read MONTHS ago, here is the link to go back to Part 1. Each post has a link at the bottom to the next installment. Go ahead, I’ll wait. I’ve already waited 5 months to continue this saga, after all. 😉
Welcome (or welcome back) to the continuation of our bucket list trip in the summer of 2015. If you haven’t followed from the beginning, you could go back to Part 1 and catch up, if you like. Or not. 😉
